Gates must be unlocked, and all dogs must be secured indoors or otherwise safely put away during service visits. DIG Swoop Scoop reserves the right to skip or reschedule service if dogs are not properly secured or if access to the yard is unsafe.
Service schedules are based on availability and the selected service frequency. Same day service may be available when scheduling allows. Weather conditions, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances may require service to be rescheduled.
Photo confirmation may be provided after each visit to document service completion and secured access points when applicable. Customers are encouraged to review confirmations and contact us with any questions or concerns.
Payment terms, billing schedules, and service changes are communicated during service setup. Customers may request schedule changes or cancellations by contacting DIG Swoop Scoop in advance.
DIG Swoop Scoop is not responsible for pre-existing property damage, unsecured pets, or unsafe conditions within the service area. By scheduling service, customers acknowledge responsibility for maintaining a safe environment for service completion.
